Change of Mind & Exchanges
Please ensure your order is placed correctly as we have a strict change of mind policy. This includes ensuring your product is suitable for the space, the correct size, colour etc.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrectly ordered items.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for imported goods or made-to-order items.
Exchanges may be possible on specific items as long as the item is unused, in original packaging and returned in resaleable condition within 14 days of delivery.
In this case a restocking fee of 25% will apply and 75% will go towards future purchases.

Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item is damaged, faulty, or missing, please contact us at info@socialight.com.au within 48 hours of delivery.
Retain all original packaging and provide photographs of the item and packaging.
Electrical items must be installed by a qualified electrician; warranty claims will require proof of installation.
Verified damage or faults will be handled with a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on availability.
Incorrect Orders
If you receive the wrong product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.
Do not install incorrect items. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Ex-Display Items
Ex-display items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged or faulty on arrival.
Warranty
Most products include a manufacturer’s warranty, typically 24 months unless otherwise stated.
Warranty claims require proof of purchase and may require evidence of professional installation.
If the manufacturer cannot repair a faulty product, a replacement or refund will be provided.
