Shipping & Collection

Orders can be shipped directly to your address, or you can choose free collection from our Torquay showroom.

Shipping

In-stock products: We aim to ship within 2–7 business days from the date your order is placed.

Items not in stock: (made to order or imported items) Lead times vary by product. Estimated dispatch times are listed on each product page, and we will contact you after payment to confirm you are aware of the estimated lead time.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We offer free shipping on orders over $3000. If you want an individual quote on shipping please reach out and we can quote accordingly.

Please ensure your delivery details are accurate; Socialight is not liable for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information.

All orders require a signature upon delivery.

Tracking information is sent once your order has been dispatched.

Multiple-item orders may be shipped together once all items are available. We will contact you to arrange the option that suits you best.

Collection

Collection from our Torquay Showroom - 1/1 Haystacks Drive- is offered free of charge.

We will be in touch when your order is ready to arrange a convenient collection time.

We are happy to hold orders as long as necessary (within reason). Please get in contact to chat further.

Damaged Items

If your items are damaged, faulty or missing, please notify us at info@socialight.com.au within 48 hours.

Please retain all original packaging and provide photographs of the item and packaging.
